Unfortunately, after reading a bit more, I might be wrong with the rhombus and question mark symbol.

It appears to be a symbol "used to indicate problems when a system is unable to render a stream of data to correct symbols".
The translation from binary to decimal I got was incorrect and returned a wrong string.
I've tried with a different software and the correct translation from binary to decimal is "201".
I'm unaware of the significance such number might have though. I only know of the 201st airlift sqn and no other unit in the USAF with that number. It might be a reference to a frequency? Or the RCS number of o a sphere?
