LINK PLUMERIA has been running since the 1980s, so the breakdown of the PE code symbiology is slightly different and has slightly different meaning. The PE code uses symbiology from the 1984 DoD instructions. Over time LINK PLUNERIA has been funded at varying levels though generally they have been small amounts.
