B-21 has a system that has never been put to the skies ever before.

As for the ceramics? Same place that I stated (No conjecture) stated that the P-ISR was bone-white, and the reason for it (Long before most folks would even believe it was an actual project). The NG ladies and Gentlemen will in future years get a slew of air medals and trophies for their brilliance.

That and the extreme chromatic ab in the photos :) You don't have to be invisible, you just have to reduce your visual contrast. Best way to do that? Mess with the light around you.
