If I remember correctly, it was someone from Lockheed who said that "Aurora" had been a codename for the ATB project. Has anyone ever taken the trouble to double-check that statement by checking if it fits into the ATB timeline? Because, you know, people working in classified projects sometimes tell lies. ;-)

Anyway, "Aurora" has long become a name describing a plane with the follwing properties:
- made by the U.S. in the '90s
- faster and higher-flying than the SR-71
- probably more stealthy, too
- most likely manned
From what I've gathered in nearly 30 years of reading about it on the www, there seems to be quite a lot of circumstantial evidence that this thing is (or was) real.

Please tick a box:
_Yes
_No
_I could tell you, but then I'd have to shoot you
