I don't know much about satellites. We hear on the TV about geosynchronous orbit, does that mean that a satellite could be positioned above say Tonopah, Groom and the Nellis Range and would constantly be watching? Would we assume that our near-peer states have that capability? Are they seeing all of this in much higher resolution than us?
