I believe those N-numbers are allocated generically for UAS launches - they are not pinned to a particular airframe the way they normally would be. The USN bought two Valkyries for the Point Mugu unit in January. All the actual evidence here is consistent with launching them both, about 30 mins apart, on nearly identical flight plans. The observed launch locations, groundspeeds, and altitude profiles are all consistent with what we know about the Valkyrie.
