I found this : https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0955221920308803 It should be good for up to Mach 7 at sea level and Mach 11+ at higher altitudes... If this materials science research started around the time of the DynaSoar project no wonder it was mature enough for 'something' to use it in the 90s.... @Smythers- or have I missed the point?
