If the "Tooth" is about to be declassified then this means the propulsion system is already public knowledge. The technology is already mainstream. They will only declassify something if the technology and propulsion system used is already public knowledge. This means the "Tooth" is using scramjet/ramjet propulsion. They are pretending they are still currently working on scramjet/ramjet technology, but I know they have already perfected it decades ago.
