The article mentions only two Senators. Since most Democrats are in the back pocket* of the Chinese, it is not surprising any of the bill put forth are not going anywhere.

*Bidens kickbacks with Hunter, and Chinese companies. Finstein had Chinese spy on her Senate staff for years, Swalwell slept with Chinese Spy FangFang...
