Lookback at February Test Aircraft sighting

Hey,

I'm thinking back of this mysterious aircraft that was spotted in front of the new southern hangar on satellite imagery in early February. Considering what happened a few days later (attempt by Russian forces to invade Ukraine), do you think there is any link between these two events ? Some kind of warning directed to Russian intelligence services ?
