I mean, a fuzzy image of an aircraft parked in front of a hangar doesn't tell much about its performances. I don't think you can say anything about how "ahead" the technology is as long as you haven't seen the aircraft flying and proving its capacities.

When you think of the amount of information that the US intelligence released publicly during this period regarding an imminent Russian attack, I can't help but see at least a huge coincidence.

I personally see something like "we are ready to invest our intelligence capabilities at the highest level to defend our allies". Considering that the US is currently the main source of intelligence for the UKR troops, this makes sense to me.
