I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume the answer is no, but is there anything to corroborate the claim in the picture caption about the new runway being constructed because the existing runway was built on collapsed underground hangars and laboratories? It makes no sense.

Btw I absolutely do not believe in the existence of underground facilities at Groom Lake. I know the questions about underground facilities never seem to go away and are always logically refuted, but seeing it on this guy's picture caption makes me wonder where this stuff even comes from.
