It's usually one of the SIERRA tankers out of Beale that comes over to the ranges when there's "other stuff" flying around, right?

(I love that "Other Stuff" descriptor. Picked that up from a U2 pilot at an airshow decades ago. My mom asked him if the pods under the wings were for their luggage and he said, "No, ma'am. Those carry ... 'other stuff.'")

Anyhow, it's interesting to me that they didn't deploy the SIERRA guys to accompany the KNIGHT flight. The fact that the Edwards tanker requested a flyby says this is probably not a regular occurance with them and they likely had to be read in on the project.
