I know SIERRA is used for "other stuff" out in the ranges too but I know the Edwards tankers have serviced the f-117s lots of times in the past. In fact, Edwards tanker 61-0320 used callsign GHOST27 on Monday to service 2 F-117s on Monday too with a similier flight path.
