Here is a video, the Laser does not work very well in foggy or damp conditions perhaps just shooting these Pirates is more effective. Also they are capturing larger faster ships to use as Mother Ships to chase and attack Tankers and other high value Cargo Vessels. If I were shipping in this part of the World I would put an armed guard onboard.
