The minimum size of a custom-order image is 100 sq.km. I have mapped out a square roughly 9x11km, that includes some intetresting facilities around the main base. The price is $19.80 per sq.km.

The image is 1m resolution, true color, with less than 20% cloud cover. See the attached link to the GeoEye web site for more info.

I can put in $200 as well, which brings us to $1500. I will set up a page with payment instructions soon. Thank you all for your support! This should be interesting...
