The images are typically taken in late morning. There is some info on this on their web site; I think they say at 10.30am. We may be able to specify it being a weekday. The cloud cover is guaranteed to be less than 20%, and you can specify coordinates within the 100 sq.km area that must be cloud-free. From the time of order it can take up to 60 days to get the shot done. It depends on the weather, and also on their scheduling.
