I live about 6 miles away from the BLM office on Tenaya. If someone told me what to ask for I probably could get out there once in a while. Unless someone else wants to do it.

It sure looks like a GPS antenna on the top of that post. No other reason for a GPS antenna that I can think of besides earthquake sensing.
