Now that you mention it, we saw a similar rig turn off I-15 and head up north on Hwy 93 a few weeks ago, on a Friday early afternoon. They pulled over at the paved turnout just north on I-15, and I assumed it was going to the power plants a couple of miles up Hwy 93.
