I went camping out there on May 3rd. Just before Alamo I passed a semi hauling a very large power disconnect probably part of a substation or a building's main feed.
I passed the truck, pulled way ahead and pulled over with my camera ready. Unfortunately, I did not have the patients to follow it the rest of the way as it pulled over every chance for traffic to pass. In hindsight, maybe I would have made a little effort.
