Flightaware.com has a track log of actual waypoints, i.e. lat/lon. You are referring to fixes. I've been saving the waypoints in a map program, but only when the planes go a fair distance into the range. I like to map the waypoints on a more detailed map than flightaware provides. I use a naming convention so I can figure out the plane used and the date, and only enter the points over the range and just a bit past route 95.
