The structure shows on an early 2006 satellite photo published in Aircraft Illustrated magazine (I think the May issue?) as well. So it has been there for several months, with very little change visible from Tikaboo.

Again my question: Can we narrow down the time frame when it was set up? Has anyone seen it being built? This would have been between August 8, 2005 (when our latest panorama was taken) and whenever the 2006 satellite image in Aircraft Illustrated magazine was taken (before May 2006).
