Mick, I'm as "open" to new ideas as anyone. However, I am most open to logic. Look at three key items from the description of this supposed platform:

It can fly at Mach 9.
It can fly at 125,000 feet.
It's a tactical reconaissance aircraft.

Which one doesn't belong?

I won't even bother addressing the whole anti-gravity silent hovering thing.
