So if all of that IS true, would that be a good deal then? Like I said, I DO NOT want a lot of land. Just enough for a small cabin like the ones near Alamo for weekend get-a-ways.

If it is still for sale, you can bet I would pay for verification that all of the above is true! Mom didn't raise a dummy!!!
