I took a picture of a Phantom taking off from Nellis AFB on April 21st. I was surprised to see it as well. I thought they all went to the AMARC bone yard to become future drones. I was even wondering if this one was a drone heading out to the range on it's last flight. See you learn something new everyday on this site!
