I don't have a list, but if I did, TTR would definitely be on it. An in teresting place to spend some time watching. Can be seen from Hwy 6, and from several view spots in the hills, including one known as Brainwash Butte.

White Sands would be interesting too, although I have never been there myself.

Edwards North Base, and the RCS ranges around Edwards, if active, are worth watching: Northrops Tejon Ranch, and Lockheeds Helendale Facility. There has not been much going on there lately, though.

There are also a couple of islands off the CA coast that deserve a closer look.
