You more or less made my point on secret aircraft beings used over Iraq. No need to do so, since Iraq didn't posess the means to do much harm to aircraft in the theatre. Iraq took a good lickin' as they tried to defend their country regarding the no-fly zones. Remember that any sortie involves some risk, so why fly secret hardware when you don't need it. The Soviets came quite close to hitting U-2s using Migs (I don't recall the flavor). That CIA report on the FAS website mentions this and the existence of U-2 photography showing such aircraft.
