- Observed fast flying aircraft with a bright strobe in airspace behind Bald Mountain and north (Kawich Valley or over Site 4?)
- Took off around 7.10pm on runway 14, steep climb, then turned around and flew north
- Saw it land around 8.10pm on runway 32
