Note that the terraserver website has changed names a few times. The original MS terraserver is now at
http://terraserver-usa.com/
while your terraserver has Spin2 info in addition to the old terraserver data. That is the source of my confusion regarding Papoose not being shown.

All that said, there is a bug in the search engine for your terraserver in that the lon/lat is OK for the USGS, but not for the Spin2 info. Click on the link below and compare the USGS data to the spin2 data. The USGS is centered on "pacman", while I don't have a clue where the spin2 image is located.
