The "black budget government" that is being so over zealous in this case is somewhat reminicent if the former Iraq dictatorship that we just liberated it's citizens from. Don't these government yahoo's realize that there are law abiding citizens of this country that want our rights and privacy upheld just as much as they do behind their signs and orange posts. If the sensors are so flimsly as to stop working when handled carefully, then the GAO should ask for it's money back!
