Except that... F-4 - None left, all retired. Just because it's leaving a contrail (which could be as low as 25,000 feet), doesn't necessarily mean it's a recon platform. It might be a fighter, and at altitude the plane itself may not be able to be seen but the trail can. Magoo

Global Hawk - as above - does most of it's work from stand off ranges with side looking optics and radar.
