I'm not sure why they did it would remove them since pretty much every other military installation still has signage indicating lethal force can be used. From what I have seen, the people they hire appear to have decent experience and training - ex MPs contractors etc with solid backgrounds. SOP to try to de escalate and begin with the least amount of necessary intervention. Not that that is always the case, but It's the aggressive ones who draw negative attention and get on the news and make them look stupid
