Nice catch! The individual legs for Janet 09 today:

07:44 Picks up folks at Edwards North Base
08:16 Picks up folks at Plant 42
09:02 Drops off folks at Groom
11:58 Drops off folks at TTR
13:20 Leaves from TTR to Groom
14:59 Leaves from Groom
15:42 Drops off folks at Edwards North Base
15:58 Drops off folks at Plant 42

Todays mission, which I will report on in a bit, launched from TTR at 12:05. All three aircraft had different test pods attached. The mission wrapped up around 3pm.

With the timing above, this is the picture I am seeing:

Folks from EDW and Plant 42 supported or conducted a mission in the NTTR today, involving the three aircraft in the OP. They monitored from Groom but launched from TTR. So, some of the personnel had to be at TTR for the launch to make sure the pods were set up properly.
