Probably a good guess. You may be one off though. The scoot-and-hide in the NW corner of the north ramp was at one point connected to the ramp. It was built around 2000, so it may be #24. Not sure though if the three buildings north of the north ramp with a ramp area have a hangar designation. In our building map I have one of them as "Hangar 2". Not sure where that came from. Unless that designation was re-used that would conflict with the three U-2 hangars being Hangar 1-3.
