It is possible, but IMO unlikely. The C-130 entered its track a little before 5pm. At that time the WSINT sortie was over. Also it would be unusual to have a USMC aircraft participate in Nellis WS. More likely it was participating in a mission or exercise in either the NTTR or R-2508 that was scheduled after the WSINT sortie.
