Came on here to post exactly the same thing. Thats what I thought of too, but it looks to be flying quite low and looks pretty dark in color. Difficult to tell size wise, but it also could be the 170.

There were also apparently (I didnt read them) leaked documents that said Israel has a drone of sorts, could be this.
