That hangar was built between 3/2006 and 7/2008. The inner "fence" appears to be a view screen with an odd protrusion in the NE corner. Between 9/2018 and 10/2020 that protrusion was extended by a good 40 feet. It is less than 10 feet wide and appears to be empty. At the same time more storage containers showed around the hangar. Looks like it was re-purposed for a new project around that time.

In the 3/24 image you can see what looks like a track into the protrusion. So the hangar has a back door that opens, which was widened around 2020. The GE images and our 2021 Plant 42 photos (attached link) show what appears to be containers stacked outside that door and a blast deflector from the previous project.

Widening the door opening and adding to the blast deflectors would indicate that the hangar was re-purposed for an aircraft with at least two engines. Another mystery! :-)
