500 kts is crazily fast at 10.000ft. That would mean an indicated airspeed of about 420 kts, which is still crazily fast at 10.000ft. Believe it or not, but airliners are very fast for subsonic aircraft. But most civilian planes are limited to about 340 kts IAS. If you don’t know how airplane velocities work, bear with me. It’s a pretty reasonable and educated guess that a B21 has about the same maximum speed at 10.000ft: around 340 kts. That would give a true airspeed of about 410 kts. It could have had a tailwind of about 90 kts to give it a ground speed of 500 kts, which is certainly possible, although on the high side on a relatively calm day at 10.000 ft. Long story short: this most likely was a fastmover fighter, and not a B21.
