If I remember correctly: There is a program that companies like Lockheed, Northrop etc. use that will generate the 'stealthiest design'? And, that as of current findings, the flying wing design (B2, B21, "RQ180", RQ170, Polecat, X44...) is (currently) as stealthy as it can get. So it is not surprising that is essentially being copy and pasted and becoming "off the shelf" like Vandalia said.
