In early 2000, Lockheed Martin removed the famous ADP skunk insignia from its massive hangar at AF Plant 42 and reportedly also removed the famous "rules" of Clarence L. "Kelly" Johnson from the Palmdale headquarters buildings' walls.

Apparently, they didn't fit the new corporate image. "The Skunk Works will revert to being a nickname," company spokesman Gary Grigg said. "Palmdale is now one of three Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co.
sites."

These moves received a lot of pushback from employees and the public. Eventually, the company restored the skunk logo. I'm not sure about the framed copies of Kelly's rules.
