You may be right. Everything Smythers said was public info and not inside info, but isnt that how it has to be? Speaking on real inside info would land anyone in a world of trouble so my guess is people on the inside, wouldn't. On the contrary, I'd say naming a thread "Water Cooler Talk" is exactly pointing out speculation; just sharing rumours he heard.
