Well, you can see what's under the new covers, but you can't see what is in the original hangars. IMO the covers were added to conceal stuff being pre-flighted. Which could easily be done when there is no Janet activity. However, the west cover is exposed to traffic on the main road to the west. It does not appear to have a view screen.
