This is really bugging me! GAF 54+19 is definitely not a tanker. I have looked at pictures of the exact aircraft from every angle, even a great shot of the cockpit. It is a cargo transport. What is it doing flying racetracks in the Reveille MOA tanker track? At a speed and altitude consistent with AAR? Testing sigint equipment onboard?
