Actually N661BA, N662BA, N989RR and N910CB are still doing shuttle duty, while the latter two, as you said, do the majority of the flying. The former two occasionally do mission support.

There are four parking spots for the Beech Janets at LAS, so I suppose having four on shuttle duty makes sense.

N654BA has been converted to mission support and lives at TTR. It very occasionally does shuttle duty.

The last Beech 1900, N20RA, last tracked to Area 51. It may still be used for mission support inside the ranges, where ADSB is not required. Or it was scrapped or stored at Groom.
