Mysterious flight above NTTR

Do you know what is happening right now (09:10pm UTC) ?
A Mitsubishi CRJ-700 is doing a very strange flight right over TTR and flew over Groom Lake before, from Nellis AFB. What kind of flight is it ? Pilot training ? Never seen this type of aircraft over NTTR before on FlighRadar24
