"RQ-180" True Designation?

Taking Mr. Freeman's claims from this article at face value, if the high-altitude P-ISR aircraft that, by all accounts, has been operational for several years isn't called the "RQ-180," is it possible to make an informed guess of its true designation?

Curious to hear folks' thoughts here.
