Good catch! Prime time for most sight sensitive tests is between 11pm and 3am. Very sensitive missions end before the first Janet arrives, with time to spare to put the test article away. The 5-6 am time slot is often used by B-2 from Whiteman AFB for re-certification of their stealth after repairs/mods. But RATT55 is not usually involved in that, or at least does not show on ADSB.
