The lake in your link is known as Slater lake, after a former Base Commander. Back in the 1960's it was used for recreation. Today the lake is surrounded by remote classified facilities, mostly radar sites, and off limits for most folks on base. I am not aware of any tunnel entrances in that area, or at Area 51 in general for that matter. Tall buildings sometimes cast a shadow that may look like a tunnel entrance.
