The RATT55 track (attached link) could indicate a mission either way. I agree it is nicely centered for the China Lake ranges.

The tanker shows partial tracks in both NTTR and 2508. The spotty coverage is odd. At FL220 my ADS-B receiver in Rachel should have picked it up and definitely my Goldfield receiver.
