I just read document posted on hacker websites and European discussion boards about hackers ransoming information they have about American and French aerial machines. The document is not about, but touches on, an ISR and strike platform that America has been flying for many years. The document touches on groom lake as well.
It says that machine is based in America, but deployed to operating bases overseas when needed.
Is this not true?
